Drill Rubber Eraser Wheel & Disc — Sticker/Decal Removal
The Rubber Eraser Wheel & Disc quickly removes vinyl decals, pinstripes, adhesive tape, and sticker residue from painted panels without harsh chemicals. Each wheel/disc includes a 5/16" drill adapter for fast setup with most hand drills.
Why You'll Love It
- Fast, clean removal of decals and glue on painted surfaces.
- Tool-ready — ships with a 5/16" drill adapter for quick attachment.
- Paint-friendly process that relies on controlled friction instead of liquid solvents.
- Two shapes (Wheel or Disc) to match flat panels, contours, and tighter areas.
Best Practices
- Speed: Use low-to-moderate drill speed (do not exceed 4,000 RPM).
- Pressure: Light, even pressure; keep the wheel moving to manage heat.
- Test spot: Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
- Avoid: Fresh/recent paint, matte/satin finishes, PPF/vinyl wraps, bare plastics, unpainted rubber trim.
How To Use
- Prep the area: Wash the surface to remove dirt. Warm stubborn decals with gentle heat if needed.
- Mount: Install the wheel/disc on your drill using the included 5/16" adapter; tighten securely.
- Work the edge: Hold the tool flat and approach the decal at a shallow angle. Low RPM, light pressure, steady motion.
- Clean up: Wipe residue with a microfiber towel. For final wipe, use REVEAL Pre-Coat Surface Prep. For heavy adhesive patches, follow with FLASH Adhesive Remover if required.
- Finish: Inspect under good lighting. Protect the panel after with your preferred wax, sealant, or coating.
